No worries! It's probably just a personal preference thing. First thing I noticed when I looked at the hummingbird was the beak to the face. The beak would be fine, but the smile doesn't have a smooth transition from the beak to the face.
I see your point there, I'll make some changes to the hummingbird in the final drawing. Thanks for the critique.
